Bill Peloquin (Owner)
Bio: For 23 years, Bill was a dedicated employee at the 102 nd FW in Avionics at Otis Air National Guard Base. In 1999, his time with the National Guard came to an end. He then started Physician Sales & Service (PSS) in the Bio-Medical Repair Department. In 2002, he left PSS and created STAT Bio-Medical Sales & Service. For the past 15 years, he has been building STAT Bio-Medical to be the number one Bio-Medical repair provider to the healthcare facilities throughout the North East. He is devoted and focused in providing outstanding services while maintaining strong customer relationships. Bill is certified in Midmark, Tuttnauer, Burdick, Welch Allyn, GE, Philips, Olympus and Pelton & Crane.

Thatcher Buckley (Lead Technician Supervisor)
Bio: After serving 4 years of active duty in the United States Marine Corp., he graduated from UMASS with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Thatcher was the Bio-Medical Service Manager of Physician Sales & Service (PSS/McKesson) for 16 years. He solely managed the Bio-Medical Department for 8 years and brought on a trainee for the remaining amount of time. He pioneered the CVS Minute Clinic Program and was in charge of service and maintaining numerous large accounts including Harvard VanGuard, Harbor Medical, Signature Healthcare, Atrius Healthcare, Dedham Medical and South Shore Medical. After PSS/McKesson decided to close their doors on the Bio-Medical Repair Department in April of 2016 he joined the Stat Bio-Medical Team. Thatcher is certified in Midmark, Tuttnauer, Burdick, Welch Allyn, GE, Philips, Olympus and Pelton & Crane.

Brian Garcia (Field Service Manager)
Bio: Brian Garcia leads the West Florida Stat Biomedical Service team. Brian brings 32 years of biomedical service experience to the Stat team. He was with PSS/Mckesson for 30 years and served as the western regional service manager during the early PSS years and served 5 years with the Service Excellence Team, helping formulate policies and compliance procedures to standardize the service departments nationally. After Mckesson's closure of the BioMedical Departments he opened his own company to service the West Florida region. Brian has extensive experience experience in equipment servicing, calibration and electrical safety inspections and holds certifications from major manufacturers. Brian takes great pride in providing excellent service to his customers.

Bryan Ginther (Lead Bio-Medical Supervisor)
Bio: In the late 80’s Bryan was heading up responsibilities for the Biomedical Program at 2 local Hospitals. In 1990 Bryan established Stat Biomedical Technicians Inc. Through strong customer service and quick quality repairs Bryan was able to grow and maintain a large base of satisfied customers. His experience is vast from Welch Allyn, Mortara, Burton, and Midmark to DJO Chattanooga, Dynatronics and Whitehall. Bryan is proud of our achievements while building Stat Biomedical Technicians Inc.

David Jones
Bio: I graduated Daytona State College with two degrees, Electronic Engineering and Computer Servicing. Spent the next 8 years as a consumer electronics technician. Specializing in audio/video repair performing warranty work for companies such as Sherwood, Panasonic, and Sanyo. Obtained many certifications. (Panasonic Servo certification, Pace multi-layer circuit board repair, Sencor video certification) The next 20 years worked as a Bio-Medical technician for PSS/McKesson Worked alongside Jim Walker the founder of PSS service for 18years until his retirement. An abundance of onsite training along with manufacturer training. When McKesson closed Bio-Med service in April 2016. Founded Preferred Biomedical Service. We specialize in Compliance testing and medical device repair offering component level troubleshooting which has shown to save customers thousands compared to board replacement.

Heidi Perry (Scheduling Coordinator)
Bio: In addition to preparing daily schedules and Electrical Safety Testing reports, Heidi manages customer relations and handles customer inquiries. She also generates work orders for service and repair calls to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and inspections are completed in a timely manner.

Patti Richie (Office Manager)
Bio: Patti has been working in accounting for over 20 years, and brings a wealth of experience in all office applications to the team. The job is multi-faceted but the primary role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office, and make it possible for other employees to function effectively and efficiently. Patti handles scheduling and accounting for the East Florida, Texas, Kentucky and Indiana markets.

Bio: Troy Richie leads the Stat Biomedical team in the East Florida, Texas, Kentucky and Indiana markets. He was with PSS/McKesson for 22 years and upon their dissolving the biomedical service division he opened his own company. He was chosen for PSS's Service Excellence Team for 3 consecutive years (2006-2009) and helped formulate policies and compliance procedures to standardize the service departments nationally. Amber Teodorescu (Office Manager)
Bio: After studying Business Management at Bristol Community College Amber became the Office Manager for Stat Bio-Medical. For the last 6 years, she has been organizing and managing all office operations and procedures. She is responsible for overseeing the functions of Human Resources, developing office systems and supervises staff, while handling accounts payable, accounts receivable and customer relations. She thoroughly reviews billing to ensure they are in accordance with contracts and purchase orders. She oversees all aspects of business planning, research development, marketing, as well as sales and service. Amber is focused on providing excellent service to healthcare facilities throughout New England.

Don Thompson (Field Service Manager)
Bio: Don Thompson brings 27 years of experience to the Stat Biomedical Alliance with Five years in procurement and operations management and 22 years in BioMedical service with Physician Sales and Service/McKesson. Upon McKesson’s closure of BioMedical Service, Don created Apexeon BioMedical LLC and fulfilled his dream of owning his own company. He services the Big Bend and Panhandle of Florida as well as Southeast Alabama and Southwest Georgia. Don is a 1988 graduate of Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville Alabama. He holds certifications from manufacturers such as Abbot Labs, Burdick, Midmark, and Tuttnauer. Don enjoys fishing and watersports and is an instrument rated private pilot with complex, high performance, and tail wheel endorsements and is currently pursuing a helicopter rating.

Bio: Greg Vickers is a Biomedical Technician servicing southern California. He previously worked with PSS/McKesson for 10 years, until March of 2016 when he branched off on his own endeavor.
